Donation cards

For a $20 or more donation we can send this beautiful Note Card to that special someone. 

Professionally printed on 5.5"X4 inch Card Stock and featuring some of our cutest pups on the front, this card will be sure to make any occasion special.

First Select the Donation Amount you would like to donate in the person's name. 

Select From the different pictures on the front: Rupert, Simon, Luke, Emma, and Ichabod.

Place the Name of the Person you are donating for in the "To" box.

Put your name in the "From" Box.

Be sure to place the recipients address in the shipping address at checkout. 

If you want the card sent to you to fill out  for your special person please leave the  To and From Field Blank.

Please note you DO NOT have to pay with a paypal account.  On the checkout page you can select to pay with a Debit or Credit Card.
